2024年7月、根津神社参道にオープンしたHANARE COFFEE STUDIOは、研究室のようにコーヒーと抹茶の味わいを構造的に捉え、より深く表現するためのメニューを展開しています。
焙煎や抽出、点て方の違いから生まれる微細な変化まで丁寧に引き出し、素材のポテンシャルを最大限に活かしています。
自家製スイーツは、それらの味わいを引き立てるペアリングとしてご用意しています。
Located along the approach to Nezu Shrine, HANARE COFFEE STUDIO presents a menu that approaches coffee and matcha like a laboratory—analyzing their structures and expressing their flavors with greater depth.We carefully draw out even the most subtle differences created by variations in roasting, extraction, and preparation, maximizing the potential of each ingredient.Our house-made sweets are designed to complement and enhance these flavors through thoughtful pairings.
店名の由来でもある、MIYANO-YUの“はなれ”として生まれた姉妹店。この空間では、独自の視点からコーヒーと抹茶の可能性をより深く探求しています。A sister shop inspired by the idea of a “hanare” (a separate space) from MIYANO-YU.Here, we take a deeper, more exploratory approach to coffee and matcha from our own perspective.
